About What exactly is a fanlisting? TFL.org says, ''A fanlisting is simply an online listing of fans of a subject, such as a TV show, actor, or musician, that is created by an individual and open for fans from around the world to join. There are no costs, and the only requirements to join a fanlisting are your name and country. Fanlistings do not have to be large sites (although some are) - they are just a place where you can have your name listed along with other fans of the same subject. TheFanlistings.org is the original (but not official) web directory for fanlistings, dedicated to uniting the fans.' CATS According to Wikipedia, CATS is a musical composed by Andrew Lloyd Webber based on Old Possum's Book of Practical Cats and other poems by T.S. Eliot. Although it has never been critically acclaimed, CATS is one of the most popular musicals of all time having been performed around the world in numerous productions (the show has been translated into over 20 languages). Mungojerrie and Rumpleteazer The song Mungojerrie and Rumpleteazer was composed by Andrew Lloyd Webber and set to the lyrics by T.S. Eliot. It describes one of the nightly burglary jaunts of the notorious duo and takes place during Act One of the musical. It started out in London with a slower, jazzier tune and it ran this way for several years. But for Broadway, a new tune was written. Eventually, the two songs were merged, and this is the music still used today. In most productions, including original London, the song is sung in the first person by the thieves themselves. The only exception is early Broadway where it was sung by Mr. Mistoffelees as a caricature to entertain Bustopher Jones. Sometimes, one of the middle verses is cut out, because the performance is difficult when singing and dancing on stage. But the song is a favorite among fans, and is rarely cut from any production.
